Production status

After the large amount of sand and gravel raw materials are pretreated to reach the particle size of the mobile crushing station, they are sent to the vibrating feeder by the excavator. The fine particles are pre-screened by the vibrating screen and discharged, and the large material is crushed by the impact crusher. The produced fine material enters the mobile screening station for screening, and the large material returns to the reverse crushing cycle to break, and the small material is transported to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor.

The whole production process has strong mobility and high crushing efficiency, which meets the requirements of users.The whole production line process has smooth discharge, reliable operation and convenient operation.
