Central Feeding With Waterfalls Fall Feed: Materials enter into the sand making machine by hopper. Through the bulk cone (bulk plate), the materials fall into the distribution plate. Then the materials are divided into two parts. A portion of materials enter into the high-speed rotation impeller. Materials are rapidly accelerated in the impeller wheel, then, they fly out from the impeller. Another part of materials fall down from around the distribution plate. The two parts of materials impact with each other.
At last, all materials together impact to the material lining layer. They form a continuous material screen. In this way, the material are broken by the repeated impact, friction and grinding and crushing.
Material against Iron Working Principle

Central Feeding With Waterfalls Fall Feed: it is same with the above.
The different is the following: Materials are meeting outside the impeller wheel. The crushing cavity of material against material is installed on the hit board. The material is formed liner around the hit board. The crushing cavity of material against iron is installed on the around guard plate. The materials directly impact the around guard plate and be broken. In this way, the material are broken by the repeated impact, friction and grinding and crushing.
Their working principle is similar. Just material finally rushed to the different guard plate.
