Basalt Sand Production Line

For material properties of basalt, basalt sand production line configurations in two ways:

feeder + jaw crusher + impact crusher + vertical impact crusher + belt conveyor vibrating screen

First, Feeding system

The system is to send raw materials for crusher equipment. The equipment to complete the feeding section has a vibrating feeder or other type of feeding equipment. In the basalt sand production line, the feeder equipment is used responsible for the supply of stone.

Second, Crushing system

The system is the heart of the whole set of equipment. It is the work of a variety of ore raw materials broken into the required size of the finished product, a joint gravel production line can have multiple crusher composition. These broken mechanical properties vary, together to complete the stone crushing work.

Third, screening conveyor system

The system is the sieving of the ore after screening by sieving machinery. In the aggregate production line of sand and gravel, sand and stone need to be separated, and the gravel material after grading needs to be transported to the respective site. The equipment used in this process is generally a linear vibrating screen or other screening machinery.
