Artificial Sand Making Process

Limestone is delivered to the vibrating feeder by hopper. Then, it enters into the jaw crusher with uniform and quantitative through the vibrating feeder. Limestone is in jaw crusher for the primary crushing.

After extrusion and crushing, through the belt conveyor, limestone is transported to impact crusher for secondary crushing. Then, this limestone is transported to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor. After screening, the limestone which meet the size requirement, enter into artificial sand making machine. While the limestone which don't meet the size requirement, will again enter into impact crusher for crushing.

The materials coming from the artificial sand maker are transported to vibrating screen for separation. The separation materials according with size standard are the final product. Then, they will enter into the sand washing machine for washing. While the materials not according with size standard enter into sand maker for crushing again.
