Process Flow

The granite raw material is uniformly fed through the belt conveyor, and the raw materials are first sieved and broken, and the finished materials in the raw materials are pre-screened out (to achieve the first screen and then broken, to improve the efficiency of the production line), and the cone-breaking and discharging belt conveyor hits the raw materials. On the belt conveyor of the warehouse discharge, a single upper belt conveyor is shared, and the vibrating screen is again screened to obtain three finished materials of 0-5-16-31.5mm.
