Processing Line Of Gypsum

Generally the gypsum block production line usually includes mining, crushing, screening and grinding process. After being transported from the mining site, we need store and select the raw gypsum mine at first to ensure continuous and stable quality feed in the follow process. We choose jaw crusher as primary crusher to crush gypsum into small size less than 8 mm. Then use vibrating screen for screening, which meet the requirement sent into the next step, while the unsuitable go back for re-crushing. We choose impact crusher as secondary crusher to crush gypsum within 2 mm. At last, send crushed gypsum to the mill for grinding.
