Construction Waste Recycling Production Line Process

Construction waste crusher is delivered to the vibrating feeder by hopper. Then, it enters into the jaw crusher with uniform and quantitative through the vibrating feeder. Construction waste is in jaw crusher for the primary crushing.

After extrusion and crushing, construction waste passes the de-ironing separator. Screened scrap iron will be piled up to one side. After the removal of iron, construction waste is transported to impact crusher for secondary crushing. Then, this construction waste is transported to the vibrating screen by belt conveyor. After screening, construction waste which meet the size requirement, become the finished product. While construction waste which don't meet the size requirement, will again enter into impact crusher for crushing. Then, we will get the 1-5mm and 5-50mm product.
